3.36.050 Duties.3.36.050 Duties.
The director of welfare shall appoint the commissioner of children’s services whose duties shall be those prescribed by the Charter and additional duties as may be prescribed by ordinance. (Ord. 49758 § 1, 1959: 1948 C. Ch. 2 § 80: 1960 C. § 185.020.)
