The Human Development Corporation of St. Louis is designated as the community action agency for the City. (Ord. 55171 § 1, 1968.)
3.42.020 Mayor’s duties for acceptance.
The mayor is authorized and directed to execute and submit any and all forms or documents as may be required by the Office of Economic Opportunity of the United States, or any other agency or office of the federal government, to be submitted in order to provide for the acceptance and recognition of the designation of the Human Development Corporation of St. Louis as the community action agency for the City. (Ord. 55171 § 2, 1968.)
