15.128.010 Sale unlawful to minor.
15.128.020 Retail merchant--Defined.
15.128.030 Penalty for violation.
15.128.010 Sale unlawful to minor.
It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any retail merchant to sell, distribute, trade, barter, give away or otherwise grant possession to a minor, seventeen (17) years or younger, of any container or other device that sprays paint from a can, an aerosol can or other packaging device. (Ord. 62239 § 1, 1991.)
15.128.020 Retail merchant--Defined.
"Retail merchant" shall mean the owner or person in charge of the retail establishment at the time of sale. (Ord. 62239 § 2, 1991.)
15.128.030 Penalty for violation.
Any retail merchant who violates this chapter is subject to a fine of a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 62239 § 3, 1991.)
