17.50.010Exclusive pedestrian travel--On certain alley designated.

17.50.010 Exclusive pedestrian travel--On certain alley designated.
That portion of the north-south alley between Arsenal and Hoffman Streets in City block 4658-S, from the north curb line of Arsenal Street and extending in a northerly direction 122 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the east-west alley is hereby limited to pedestrian travel exclusively. (Ord. 54501 § 1, 1967.)
17.50.020 Placement of barricades and curbing.
The Director of Streets is hereby authorized and directed to place appropriate and necessary barricades and curbing to insure that said portion of this alley will be used exclusively for pedestrian travel only. (Ord. 54501 § 2, 1967.)
