Peer Book Review Holes by Lois Sacher My opinion on the book, Holes, is that it was an intriguing story about a boy who was convicted of a crime he didnt commit. He was sent to a horrifying camp in which the authority figures made the children dig holes in the ground. Their purpose was really to look for a lost treasure of a very famous outlaw who buried her treasure in the ground. I really enjoyed the writers creativity that stimulated the mind and the plot made interesting circles in the book.
Holes is about Stanley Yelnats getting blamed for something he didnt steal. So the Judge says, "go to jail or Camp Green Lake." Since Stanleys family is poor, he went to Camp Green Lake. There all you did is dig one hole each day. Five feet deep, each hole is five feet away from one another. Will he ever be saved?
