| A keynote address was given by retired aviator, Commander William Smith, USN, a naval pilot who flew in Vietnam with the famed Ghostriders. Commander Smith accepted the Scharr Medallion on behalf of the United States Navy and then gave a presentation about his experiences as an aviator. |
